gallery corrupted/broken

Anyone know how to fix this or what’s the issue? I’ve tried everything I could but it still keeps showing the red X, when loading in the gallery. I tried removing all my mods, that didn’t work. I tried deleting my tray folder, and that didn’t work either. I just got a Hard Drive (500GB) for my laptop, for the amount of storage the sims takes up. I think I’ve installed it correctly cause I haven’t had any issues, except with the gallery not loading. Please help me!! I would very much appreciate it!!

Community ManagerHey @simplysimdesign , have you also tried taking all your mods and deleting the localthumbcache.package file located in Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4 ?
I just looked and I only have localthumbcache file, so I'm guessing that I did remove the localthumbcache.package file.
