gallery corrupted/broken

My community gallery tab has been showing all icons as red X's and when I click on them it says "Item is corrupted. Would you like to remove it?". I have tried pretty much every method under the sun, from removing mods and tray files, deleting cache files and I even factory reset my entire laptop. Its getting really annoying as I rely heavily on the gallery to play the game. I don't think this is a graphics card or antivirus issue as I have been playing on this laptop for years and have never had any issues like this one. Any help would be really appreciated as I am at my wit's end with this ☹️
