Gallery Not Connecting

Hi, I have TS4 on steam, and the gallery isn't working for me.  Whenever I try to connect to it, it just says "attempting to connect", and then loads infinitely.  

I've uninstalled the game, set up exceptions in Windows (via Defender, Firewall, and the ransomware exception.  ive also set exceptions for any folders related to EA and TS4.), removed all CC and Mods, changed my internet connection, cleared cache info within Windows (including DNS info), EA, and Steam, validated my game files, all to no avail.  I've searched the internet for solutions, but again, nothing fixes my issue.

It was working perfectly fine yesterday, but then it just stopped working out of nowhere, for no apparent reason.  I haven't added any mods since.

Is there anybody who has some solution for this?  It's very detrimental, since I've never had this problem before.  For reference, my copy of TS4 is legit, and all the DLC that I own (all of them) is legit.  Nothing in the games file is cracked/pirated.
