Hi everyone,
I'm playing The Sims 4 on Mac and the Gallery isn't loading any online content. I always get the message "No results found", even though I'm connected to the internet and logged into my EA account.

Things I've tried:

- Checked that I'm logged in.

- Internet connection is stable.

- Removed all Gallery filters.

- Cleared game cache (localthumbcache.package and cachestr folder).

- Made sure Origin is not in Offline Mode.

- No mods or CC installed.

 

It's been like this for a few days. Has anyone else had this problem? Any fix?
