Gallery Profanity Filter Feedback and How to Report Content

I already submitted a report via a survey form that was linked in another post, but I am still trying to get to the root of this issue/see if anyone else has this problem - I tried to upload my own makeover of the Kahananui family, and it blocked me & said that I needed to remove an offensive word or whatever. My description was just "Personal update for the Kahananui family.", and the title was just "Kahananui." They're pre-generated sims - I didn't change anything about their first names (Alika & Mele) either. Is there a way to make sure this doesn't happen again? Thank you!
