Basically, the Gallery won't load, like ever. I've reinstalled the game (both using steam and ea app), repaired the game about 4 times, tried with and without mods, moved the game to a different drive, restarted my internet, deleted the localthumbcatche, went offline then online, tried the thing with the tray folder, even added exceptions to the game and the files in my antivirus/firewall and still nothing. It just won't connect. It's always stuck on the attempting to connect window. I've had this problem for about a week now, I think.
My pc's updated and my internet is solid. The Sims is the only game which seems to have a problem with my connection, please help!
i have been having the same issue! i talked to an advisor and they couldn't figure it out either. they said they would report it as a bug and update the forums as soon as it is resolved.
