Since the most recent update on November 3, I have been unable to access the gallery. I have a stable internet connection, the EA app is connected, I can view/buy packs on the Sims 4 app, but I can’t load the gallery. I have mods, but I removed them, ran the game, and everything was fine EXCEPT for the gallery. I have no idea what to do, the fixes I have seen online don’t seem to be helping.

Hi @Kykyiscool22 , could you take a look at the steps on this thread? It's possible that your antivirus is blocking the access to the Gallery.
