Game Bug?

Can someone please help me! I have a small bug that's driving me crazy, it's like the gloss on some item in CAS aren't showing up.  On the lip glosses it's just gone, with the shiny nails, no longer there.  It's especially clear on the pink dress with the black zigzag.  I have tried deleting all my mods but it's still there.  If anyone is able to help then please do.
