Game Changer Program, how this works?

Hello,I would like to inquire about, how can somebody participate in the game changer program?I am a hungarian youtuber (DoggyAndi - Gameplay) with 240k followers, and I play with the sims 4 since the game was released.I have more than 250+ sims 4 videos on my channel, and I would like to know more about this program.Is there a specific person, who can help me?I tried to search everything about it, but the best answer that I got, that I should write on this forum.Sorry if I made any mistakes, I hope someone can help me with this thing.
