game crashes after moving a sim into another household/Lot

i enter the manage world option i move one or several sims from a household/lot into another then i go click on my household and the crash happens while loading it

i tried renaming my mods folder so the game creates another. i tried disabling CC option in the game settings but nothing works.

only if i recover an old save i have then i can play my household but if i move one sim from one lot it crashes
