Game crashes when saving

My game will crash when trying to save the game. Crash has happened when I try to save in both game play mode as well as in build mode. I use no cc/mods. Crash does not happen every save, but at least once during daily game play. Game will also crash while trying to save if I leave the home lot to build on other lots. I sometimes get save error code: 510:bd2bd07d:aacc0a06.

 Also, sometimes after my game crashes I will go to get back into my game from the EA page, the game will start to load but then it kicks me out back to the EA page with message: "Game failed to load. Try again later".

All of this started happening immediately after the major update right before Enchanted by Nature expansion pack was released.

    Could you please provide the following information

    • Please provide any LastException/LastCrash files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.
    • Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
      • Press Windows-Key + R
      • Type: DxDiag
      • Click on Save all Information.
      • Attach the Text File to your post

    Please update your graphics drivers.

    These files are all pretty old. Can you delete them and see if a new one is created if you trigger the error again ?
