titefleur234 Your dxdiag lists a few crashes of the graphics driver, so it's a good idea to do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the driver. Here's how:

Rather than installing the newest driver, try the one from mid-March, which you can find here if you select Game Ready Driver as the Download type:

I'm not sure whether there's a problem with the current driver, but there have been more reports of driver-related issues lately, and it's easy to update from the March driver, which should also still be new enough to work well with Sims 4.
If you get another crash, please look for new errors in the Reliability Monitor. Hit Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day. Today is on the right.
Look for an error that happened at exactly the time of your most recent Sims 4 crash. If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here. If you don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away.
