Game Data Disappearing

Ever since I bought the Dine Out pack, every time I go to manage worlds, my previous game data disappears. I have lost several families of Sims that I was playing for a while when I try to edit the different worlds by adding restaurants.

    Could you please provide the following information

    • Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
    • What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
    • what exactly are you loosing ? Does the game revert to how it was before you started playing or just the restaurants '
