Game failed to load. Error code: 102:117fe933:a523ce96

 Error Code: 102:117fe933:a523ce96. My game will launch but as soon as I click to my household it stops loading and this message appears. I've tried repairing my game, uninstalling, removing mods then downloading it back, and restarting my computer. It just doesn't work, this has happened to me before, but it fixed on it's on when I stopped playing for a while. When I tried to click "ok" and go to my household to play the message just popped up again. When I was searching for an answer, I seen you helping people and their problems were solved, so I was wondering if you could help me. @crinrict

    Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

    Best is to delete the ones you have, then trigger the error and check if new ones are created.

    If that is the case, please upload them to a new post in this thread.

    Please either create a .rar file to upload or copy/paste the content into your post.

    Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Uploading the file is meant for troubleshooting.

    @mariyahslaysss Are you playing any households with the off the grid challenge? I had this on one save and it was due to the challenge being broken at the moment, just had to delete the lot and it was solved

    Okay, so I deleted all of my LastExectpion Files. And I found out that it lets me play the game, just not on that household for some reason. I played on a household with no cc and one with cc. Then when I went back to my original household if gave me the same error message. And what do you mean by uploading the file is meant for troubleshooting?

    By off the grid challenge, do you mean that reaper challenge? If so then yes because it won't let me play without it. My household is in college btw, so I don't really know where to go from there.

    @mariyahslaysss If a new file is created, could you please upload it so I can take a look if there's an indication what's wrong (what I mean is that this file just has info on what happened, it doesn't solve the problem in any way).

    Off the grid is a lot challenge that's currently broken.
