Game fails to load / APT glitches

Hi , I hope this captures the attention of EA but there are so many errors and glitches this game has and one that is very bothersome is when my sims live in an apartment.  It doesn't have to be just evergreen harbor or in San Myshuno ... But the current household I been playing I made a residential lot in Brindleton Bay and sometimes while playing the game will freeze (all mods are updated and I use MCCC) A very helpful person who manages MCCC Discord mentioned to me that unless I move my sim into a residential lot this error is going to keep occurring.  I shouldnt have to move my sim no where and be able to play my game the way I should.  But they stated this is an Error on EA's part and until EA gives a crap and actually fixes it then I will continue to have issues.  I respected the straight up answer.  

Also whenever I try to have this household go back home or to a different lot the game fails to load and requires for the game to be restarted immediately.  THIS IS THE WORST!!!!! You know how many saves I lost due to this? I refuse to buy any new expansion packs.

I took all my mods out of my folder and made a new electronics folder and doing the 50/50 to make sure there isnt anything and so far ALL my mods are fine and compatible its EA who needs to get it together and fix the **bleep** game!!!!! STOP RELEASING EXPANSION PACKS!!!
