Game Freezes while Saving

The Game freezes when saving, the sims wheel goes around but the save is frozen. I've waited up to 10 minutes with the screen frozen and have to Cntrl Alt Del and shut down the sims. When loading back into the game, the game never saved. It occurs randomly, but occurs more often when playing a longer game.

Could you please provide the following information

- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)

This keeps happening to me too, I have tried saving it often, I tried building without cc, etc. and I don't know why it just freezes randomly.
