I have the some problem I had to not use my mods. That is the only Way those button will light up. You have to turn of the mod and script button in game. Today I did add UI cheat, mcc command , xmj injection and lot 51 and it did not affect it. But when I put simsrealist mod it didn't work.
omg tysm, you were so right about the simrealist mod, i took it out and it started working perfectly 😭
