The household and grounds are maybe corrupt

Dear Community

I have an issue with the household and the grounds in Sims 4.

I have one specific ground where a household lives.


When I try to load in to this household and ground, the game crashes, sometimes with and sometimes without crashlog.

There is not only this ground and household which doesn't work, but this is the one I tested through.

Already tried:

  • Disable mods, remove cache and repair
  • Different household (which works) on the corrupt ground
  • Family of corrupt ground on different ground
  • Restart computer
  • Taking older save

So maybe both the household and also the ground could be corrupt?

I read, that I have to start new (not exactly but similar case), but I wanted to ask if there are other options?

I hope I explained this good enough.

    do you have any LastException too or just LastCrash files ? 

    Can you upload them to google or oneDrive and post the link here ?

    Is it just happening in that particular save game or always on that lot in any save (just for testing it would be good to check out a new save game)
