I have the same issue as you! I just resolved it now, it turns out its one of my mods "FairiesVsWitches" I don't know if you used it as i can see your message is 2 months old. I hope you figured it out :)
I ended up just taking it out of my game for now :( hope a fix is found or an update comes out at fixes it
