"Game loading in progress" Problem in Sims

"Game loading in progress", My game is not saving and when I try to use build mode it is a light bulb that says game loading in progress: I have 11 packs added to my sims 4. The most recent being Decor to the Max. Reading the game hq, I disabled the pack successfully, uninstalled and reinstalled, tested it both disabled and re-enabled. It hasn't worked and I'm not sure that is the problem. I started playing after the most recent update on 08/08/24. I'm pretty sure I'm not using any mods - not entirely sure what they are but I have got all the packs from the EA app and this one Decor to the max kit from inside the game. Can I have some help? If you can explain as simply as possible that would be great. Thank you!
