OKAY so When I've been closing out of my game it does the not responding thing with a white screen fade and I have to go into task manager for it to close, idk how to stop this. It's happening without mods, Ive deleted the localthunbcache as well as repaired my game.

It is happening in vanilla when I dont have a save loaded, just on the menu screen. Does it still help to do a dxdiag?
SoireeSenpaii Please test with your Mods folder removed. You don't need to save your progress, and you don't need to wait forever, just long enough to see whether the loading times are back to something resembling normal. If only the loading time into a save is long, try a new save for comparison's sake.
If the new save is affected too, or the first loading screen takes too long even with the Mods folder removed, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
Hey same thing happening to me rn, Normally my game boots up within 5-10 minutes but now I spent the entire afternoon trying to load into the game. When I start it up its the constant flickering off the white screen, it would take an hour to reach the main menu and then if I'm lucky I would get to enter into the world screen and then bam, infinite loading screen. :'(

I am using save and quit. no problems when saving on its own and it does happen when I quit normally too
LucyLovesMarvel I've moved your thread to the PC tech forum for technical help. Does this happen if you take your computer offline? You can sign into the EA App and put it in offline mode, then disable wifi and/or disconnect the ethernet cable before pressing Play.
Separately, are you using the "save and quit" option? If so, please also let me know whether you have any trouble saving while NOT quitting, and whether you can quit without saving.
