Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?
Best is to delete the ones you have, then trigger the error and check if new ones are created.
If that is the case, please upload them to a new post in this thread.
Please either create a .rar file to upload or copy/paste the content into your post.

I deleted them but it didn't do anything, it didn't even create a new file. Yet after 25minutes of loading the lounge lot in build buy in the Vista Hermosa didn't open...
- @stasj912 So I tested your save game but I'm unsure there's much that can be done.
I got the lounge to load by loading the lot next to it in build mode then go back and load the lounge in build mode and exit. Afterwards the issues seem gone but getting to load it in the first place wasn't consistently.
I did have issues loading the Dr household in Willow Creek as well. I got it to load once but then the entire house disappeared so there seems to be a lot more going on in that save.
The save is insanely big too. With almost 200 MB it's one of the biggest I've seen.
Don't really know what to suggest unfortunately ☹️
