The Sims 4 game randomly stops responding to my PlayStation controller. I have tried restarting the game and I have hooked up a keyboard and mouse and unhooked it and went back to the controller and it did it again. It's been happening every since the last update. I know it's not my controller because it works just fine with my other games on my console.
ElijahRoby there's currently an issue with controllers randomly not responding on console, it has been verified so hopefully it will be addressed soon. In the meantime here is the bug report for the problem. You can upvote it and take a look through for some of the tips posted by other players to get around the issue. Many are finding that playing offline is helping.
