I already owned the Get Together expansion pack and accidentally purchased it again. I used a redeem code and instead of the system telling me I already had it STILL redeemed the code now I am unable to get a refund. Can EA Un redeem the code or give me a refund for the original purchase of the game?

Where was this code purchased from? If you had purchased your code from a third-party retailer, we wouldn't be able to process a refund for this transaction as it was not made in our store directly and we wouldn't have access to that transaction- instead you'd need to reach out to the retailer this was purchased from so they can refund or replace this for you.
Hi! The system says I already redeemed the code. So they can’t do a refund. But how could I redeem the code if I already owned the pack? Why did the system not deny it?
