Game stuck loading
After the main menu screen the game is stuck loading forever. I removed all mods and tried making a new TS4 folder. Its only breaking the save i played the most on all my other saves are fine.

I forgot to add right before this happened none of the npcs were loading onto public lots.
If you use load instead of resume, can you load the map ?
