Game won’t launch after Patch 117.221 – clean folder test in progressr
------------------ Since I can't send you my dxdiag I copied and pasted the text. I can't launch my game since Friday. I'm getting the Failure to launch game.
An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later.
I've been trying for 3-4 days all day and half the night. I just want to play my sims. If the only solution is to download a new game, that's what I'll do, but can't someone tell me that it's a global problem like the advisor said yesterday. Then he closed my case.
