Gat Famous reputation is SO HARD

I just got Get Famous and I have a famous painter and getting her a good reputation is SO HARD.

She went out and spent the whole day outside her apartment being nice, tipping musicians, giving gifts, and she STILL has a completely neutral reputation.

At first, I thought this was a glitch but then I learned that's how it's supposed to be!

Like who at EA thought that was a good idea?

My Sims' reputation usually goes up when they make new friends. Try being extra nice to certain people in particular. (If you do Friend of the World, you'll likely also get a great reputation.)

I don't think I've ever even looked at it. Usually after a short while I get the notification that my sim has a pristine reputation. I never even have to work on it.
It'd actually be nice if it were a lot harder. A lot of things in the game are like that. Far too easy.

I usually get it when I'm doing Friend of the World, and my kids get a great reputation doing the Social Butterfly aspiration. I think it's related more towards how much other people like your Sim than whether they're just doing random acts of kindness.

Tip: Every time the Nanny shows up on your lot, your household's friendship with them goes up. Which will add to reputation gains.
