Get Famous Sims 4 Won't Download
Hi!
So I preordered the Sims 4 get famous, however, I didn't realise that I didn't have enough money on my bank account, it still showed the game as purchased though.
I tried to find a way to pay for it, but the only options coming up is download and order as gift, so now I can't pay for it and I also can't download it.
What can I do?
Open your order history in Origin select the order and cancel it. Then place a new order with another payment option.
