@SheriGR Also having this problem but I do have the Pack do you know why this might be happening to me
- Is the store a business that came with the pack or one that you made or downloaded from the gallery?
- Please check if one of the businesses that came with the pack (they get added to your library) gives you the same issue.
- If you're only having the issue with one particular store you could share it to the gallery and I could try it in my game, if you like.SpoilerYou could name it something like "test store". Then please add a comment in this thread to let me know the name, and please let me know if your User ID in the gallery is different than it is here in the forum.
- Did you check the link I shared and read through the Carl's Guide for retail stores? It has a lot of helpful info.
- Can you share a screenshot of what you see?
- You could try running a game repair:SpoilerHow to run a game repair:
• Open Origin, click ‘Game Library’ then right-click Sims 4 > Repair Game
• If you’re on PC, make sure to let it run until it has completed all repairs (it will do the base game first, then run through each of your DLCs (Expansion Packs, Game Packs and Stuff Packs).
• If you’re on Mac, the repair in Origin will only repair your base game. You could try removing them and see if the issue is still present:SpoilerDo you have any Mods or CC? If so, please move your Mods folder from your "The Sims 4" folder [Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4] to your desktop (save it for reference) and delete the localthumbcache.package file in your “The Sims 4” folder. Then check in a new game save to see if this issue is still occurring. If the issue is gone, please re-add the Mods/CC one at a time until you find the one causing the issue. If you have a lot of Mods/CC you can try the 50/50 Method.

- @SheriGR I would but I am unable to get access to any of the retail store I have the pack but the cash registers icon will not pop up on my screen nor can I go into any light and change it to a retail store I did see Carl's guide but seeing as the icon would not pop up at in the place that was supposed to after the needs I am unable to get a store at all I do not have any mods or CC because I play on PlayStation 4 we are not allowed those
@kelzblogs Since you are on Console, in case there is any console-specific known issue with this that I'm not seeing in Bug Reports, I am going to my friend who knows all about Console... @PoptartJuniper 🙌
@kelzblogs Just as an aside thought/clarification... If you go to Magnolia Promenade, do you see these retail stores, and if you hover over Paddywack's Emporium do you see this pop-up?:
