Get To Work issue

I bought a code for get to work and redeemed it but id didnt work? First time round i put it in and clicked redeem but then the tab just went away and when i checked it said i didnt have it. Ive tried to redeem the code again but it said its already been redeemed. The code is under a different email but it think its linked to my user i will check. Is there any way to fix this?

    You need to be logged into the same email account that the code was redeemed on, to be able to have the pack in your game.  If the code was redeemed on another email, it will only be connected to that email account.
