Get Together: Dock Not Showing in Build Mode

When you first open the game (before starting to play) you will see icons for each of the packs.
Click on the pack icon to see CAS and build / buy items available with that pack.
I am not seeing the images you shared. I am thinking the ones you looked for were actually images of world objects and not available to the player.
Perhaps this was corrected with patch 1.52.100.1020
