Getting an outstanding sugar and flour, Cottage Living

Hi, Recently, I purchased Cottage Living and living in Henford.  I found this by accident that my spellcaster sim can use repaireo spell on the sugar and flour bags, and they turned into the outstand...

    @aodoherty 

    Sugar and flour can only be bought so no way to make it better except as you describe.
