[GF] 'Up in the Air' foundation is missing from the build/buy menu

“Up in the Air” foundation is missing from the build/buy menu completely. I’ve restored licenses, redownloaded all my dlc, and I’m updated to the current 2.29 version on PS4. The foundation is used on the base game prebuilt lot “Pectoral Fitness” in Del Sol valley. I also tried deleting and undoing delete of the missing item to get it to show in the build menu. I’m able to use the copy/paste to apply it to a foundation I create on that lot, the name shows when I pick it up to apply to an additional small foundation I build on that lot, but it doesn’t show up in my build/buy menu, on that lot or any other lot.
