Ghost pregnant?

I noticed this when I was playing with the new Life and Death pack. I did have mods installed. Somewhere in the games code modders have unlocked options for ghosts to get pregnant , but they can’t physically have the baby. They can go all the way into labor. This feature isn’t included without mods, even though you can woohoo and try for baby with the grim. Is this normal? The ghost can still get pregnant with mods but can only woohoo without?
