Its your coworker in the lab just did that quest. Look for who ever comes with you from work when you go to the APB. That's who did it.

I have issued several APB'S and i don't ever see anyone matching the description. I have tried arresting others but loose job performance because it's not them.
I'm so confused and i don't know what to do as this is the first time it has happened to me.
Any ideas or help?
