If I send my Sims on vacation is it safe to leave the plants in my garden? I assume they won't evolve until my Sims return. I really want to go to Granite Falls. I've never done that with my SIms before. Do I need to hire a gardener for while they are gone?
I don't know how to edit but I forgot the main reason for my question. My Sims just planted a cow berry. Should I wait for it to grow into a cow plant and then go on vacation? Sorry I was not clear in my original post.
I've gone on vacations many times using both Outdoor Retreat and Jungle adventure. My Gardens were fine when I returned and no gardener was required.
The cow plant is a bigger question though. I’ve not had a problem with normal gardens, but I have a hard time keeping a cow plant alive even without leaving the lot long… you need to keep feeding it.
Might actually be better to go before it grows up, rather than waiting for it to reach the carnivorous stage.
