Gravestone Bug

To start, I have three devices I play on. This only affects one of my laptops, so it might just be a performance issu,e but I wanted to see if it was happening to anyone else. I have made a whole graveyard for my deceased sims  and the gravestones keep losing the names, they just become debug gravestones. when I tried to reset the object, the urn got stuck on my sims head and didn't come off until I restarted the game haha. Any advice?
