Grim won't have my babies

When I first got life & death, the try for baby with grim interaction worked, although I did it a few times but my sim never got pregnant. Now when I try, the entire interaction doesn't go through at all. It will come up in the queue and quickly disappear. This is on every single woohoo object also. I'm so bummed, is there a way to fix it? I've even tried getting a mod to increase risky woohoo to 100% and still nothing.
