GRO: workplace rivals?!

Hi guys,

Ive been playing with growing together since release in different saves, in loads of diff careers...I think Ive experienced most of what the pack has to offer in gameplay by now...going off the live stream we got before release...however, Ive not yet had the 'workplace rival' happen to any of my sims...I play on xbox one, so no mods obv and have pretty much all of the expansion/game packs but no kits...Has anyone else had a workplace rival yet? Wanted to post here before I post anything on the bug forum...as with HSYs not being invited out/being able to sneak out is still a bug, I was wondering if the workplace rival is also bugged and thats why its not happening in my game...TIA
