Growing Together - Preorder bonus issues

I pre ordered growing together a while ago and today on its release its saying I need to purchase can someone please help cause I'm panicking

    Hi all,

    If you have purchased from a third-party retailer, like Amazon, you will need to contact that retailer for any issues with your codes or missing preorder content. Please also read over the post here for more information on preorder codes. 

    If you purchased from the EA app, please check the Order History on your account to verify that this purchase was successful. If you're seeing this purchase showing as failed, or processing, you'll need to contact the live support team here so they can look over your transaction history with you and see what's happened. 

    For purchases from the Xbox and PlayStation store that have not gone through, please get in touch with either Xbox or PlayStation support so they can review your purchase history.

Did you preorder from the EA app, or from the Xbox or PlayStation store?

    I got it through a code through cdkeys and it worked as it said available soon and download button was gray now its saying I need to purchase it ☹️ and I dk why and I just really want to play the game as I've loved sims for a long time and have been excited for this pack!

      Also got mine through a Amazon code that redeemed on the EA app. Refuses to download. No error code given

      @NellyTheOwl475 Okay. I don't know what the issue is, but from now on, purchase DLC via EA, Xbox, PlayStation etc.. to prevent this from happening. When purchasing from DLC EA, the information would be linked to your EA account and the EA Support Team can assist you.

    I preordered mine through the EA App, last night, and I still have "purchase" as well, do i just need to wait until the servers get better? any other steps you recommend trying?
