@WingedSnek I don't know a cheat or trait to add / remove / edit milestones.
I only know a mod.
But with that mod, you can not add milestones that point from one Sim to another.
For Example: You can Add the Milestone "Had first woohoo"
But you can not add "Had first woohoo with Sim ****"
