Happy Home Login Event not appearing on Main Menu

daily login rewards have been announced via social media, ive updated my game via ea app and repaired it, but don't see the event pop-up on my main menu as shown online. anyone else having this issue...

    Hey all, 

    The Happy at Home event should now be available to everyone as of 0900 UTC today.

    If you still cannot access the event, please report that in the thread here so we can track it appropriately.

Hey all, 

All players will get access to this Event by June 13th as part of a phased rollout. There will be no impact to receiving it a bit later as all players will have the full 5 weeks to claim the rewards.

Help, please; does anyone know if it’s necessary to be logged into your EA account to be able to receive these daily log-in rewards, or is it enough simply to load into the main menu while connected to internet? I’m a console player & confused by the “log in” wording, & I haven’t been able to find an answer despite looking everywhere.

I’ve personally not yet seen the prompt in my main menu, either, & my EA account isn’t linked due to it failing to work when I’d attempted numerous times in the past, so any insight would be greatly appreciated!

    I have two PC computers in the house that use the same SIMS account. On my main computer I have logged in to Sims every day and I have not been able to click on the Happy At home tile on the opening page to come up and allow me to chose a reward. The secondary computer for a family member, did show the Happy at Home  rewards screen one time only, but the family member did not click on it because they were not the main owner of the account.  After that the Tile on that computer login screen has not been available again. I have repaired the game on both computers. Is there anything else that I should try?
