Do you have the option to pay bills?
I do. I've been trying to pay bill for hours. I thought it was a glitch that would fix itself over night. So I tried that. I still cant pay bills. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still could not pay. So, now I've wiped everything Sims off my computer and going to try to reinstall that way.
If you use mods/cc,try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.
I don't use mods. But if I chose to, I will add that to my mountain of Sims knowledge.
Perhaps try testing by moving to another home. Then move back again and see if the issue remains.
