Having to 'Set as front door' every time I leave the lot

This has been happening since before the last patch update. Every time I reload a lot, either when I start playing in one of my saves, or while in the save and leaving the lot, I always have to reset...

Are you using any mods that add options to doors?

No I've never used any mods related to doors. I also currently have all mods and CC removed. Something else I've noticed the more I play is that the door issue doesn't happen consistently so now I have no idea what exactly triggers it.
