*heavy sigh* I can't pay my bills on sims 4

I was playing on sims 4 and as usual I received the bills. My sims were at their honeymoon. I ended their travel and when they came back at their house, the options paying bills just... disappeared ? I tried on the computer, on the phone, on the mail box and it just don't show. Even a cheat code don't work. I tried to move in another household and it didn't worked. My sims have enough money to pay and nothing work. I tried to fix the game I removed all my mods and it still doesn't work. I tried solutions here on the forum and nothing worked too, I just gave up and I'll delete the game cause someone here said he just loses the paying bills and it never came back. I'm a little bit disgusted and this bug was my last strike... (I have a lot of bugs too with the game freezing, the rain inside etc etc...) anyway.
