Hello. I couldn't figure out why I can't add pictures into these frames. I was able to add one picture but the other small pictures didn't.

I am having this same issue out of nowhere. My existing photos are askew within the frame and I can only add small sized photos to the multi size collage frame. Not sure what could be causing this.
This is caused by a mod that overrides the EA photo mesh. It resizes the photos to exclude the default white border, so that's why they don't fit in the in-game frames. It's likely peanutbutterjelly's "Functional Photo Frames" mod.
