@cnmc311 The risque option is just a flirt. Unless you have mods, there are NO explicit scenes in the game. No nudity at all. Just things like kissing, hugs and such. Even bathing and going to the bathroom is censored. There are a lot of flirty options but it's all kid-safe.
What I would recommend is you and your wife sit down without your daughter and just play the game for a while and try some things out. That way you can make a good well-informed decision as to whether or not you want your daughter to continue with it.
But I'm sure you'll see is very safe.
