Help! My Sim houses & Lots are gone!

Looking for help - My sim lots are all gone! I have years and years of detailed lots that are no longer there. My family loads up and they just stand on an empty lot. My map shows no lots on the land and then some lots show the house. but when you load the family, the lot is gone. I am playing on a PC. So far I tried:

• repairing the game multiple times.
• I have tried to load past saves to recover.
• I have tried going into my save files and locating slot_00000001.save and dragging it onto my desktop.
• I have tried going into my sims4 file and deleting localthumbcache.package. file. 
• I have contacted EA chat and they told me to contact the forums, so now I am here. 

Please let me know how I can get my houses and lots back. They mean a lot to me.
