I'm having the same issue.
My programming is maxed out.
I've replaced the X-wing parts.
The first two tasks have been ticked.
This is typical of Sims 4 and EA.
I'm on PS4.
Same problem on laptop (PC) I click on X-wing and all I get is grayed out scan button since I already scanned. Other 2 tasks are checked as completed.
