High school years event timer issue

This is the issue in game, so basically it’s 1:39 so 21 minutes is left for the break (that how it should be) but it’s giving 30 mins instead, i know this isn’t much of a difference but if i leave the game unpaused the difference gets even MORE ( over 1 hour so the shift to classes gets postponed and eventually just checked off with 0 time left because game time was out) i noticed that the game time goes way faster than event timer which is the main issue for this and it is really ruining my game I don’t know what to do please help.

I removed my mod folder and started the game, the issue still shows up so it's not caused by a mod. I repaired my game 3 times and it still does this. I uninstalled the game and then reinstalled it yet it still happens and I cleared my cache. Literally going crazy please help.
